- As a mom of two and working full time finding a gym that had hours that fit my schedule was impossible. But then I came across 24 hour fitness, I thought it was crazy to have a gym open 24 hours and that I would probably only be the only one in there late or extreme early in the morning. Boy was I wrong not only was the place packed in my opinion but the staff was high spirited and very willing to be of assistant to any of my questions. I even had one of them spend a good 15 to 20 minutes with me showing me how to properly use a new piece of equipment I had never used.
